Many people do not give the weight deserved for fish oil  in their diet. They focus mostly on other vitamins and minerals,while doctors and nutritionist analogous recommend that fish oil be included in your daily diet.

Fish oil supplements are a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids. These nutrients are vital for the good health of the human body to the range that a total imperfection can lead to death.

One of the reasons for this is that Omega 3 fatty acids are not only responsible for the regeneration of muscular cells but they are also important for the health of the brain and the heart. Including fish oil in your daily day taking in will give you a feeling of over all well being.

However apart from this it will also help you to prevent several diseases, some of these are:

Many people who suffer from cancer and those prone to cancer, due to hereditary factors have show that not only do omega 3 fatty acids prevent the onset of the disease, but they also hamper its progress by slowing the growth of tumors. They are extremely effective against colon, breast and prostate cancer.    

 Heart Attack

Omega 3 fatty acids are known to prevent several causative aspects that lead t a heart attack. Among these are; controlling high blood pressure: patients suffering from hyper tension showed a marked reduction in their blood pressure after the intake of dietary fish oil supplements.

Omega 3 fatty acids are known to reduce the amount of LDL and triglycerides in the blood stream both are bad cholesterol which may cause arterial blockages. They also prevent blood plaque and clots which may further augment the instances of arterial blockage leading to heart attacks and strokes.
